Beginning as an MWD/Directional Drilling Engineer, he cultivated substantial local expertise in the MENA region before ascending through diverse roles, showcasing a breadth of experience across functions and geographies. His journey includes successful management of multimillion-dollar operations, where his adept leadership, operational finesse, and commercial acumen consistently delivered results. Osama’s collaborative approach, coaching proficiency, and unwavering commitment to objectives have crafted a track record of achieving targets. His strategic addition to Inovatrek promises to infuse the company with unparalleled experience, knowledge, and leadership, propelling it to the forefront as the gold standard in drilling services throughout the Middle East.

Mckary Nassif

Operations Director / Co-Founder

Mckary is a senior oil and gas professional with almost two decades of experience in oil & gas multi-national corporations. He worked and consulted for three of the leading service providers in this field and served in every major location across the MENA region. His technical skills come from drilling demanding (Deep Water, ERD, HPHT) well profiles in very diverse formations, while his managerial expertise comes from implementing demanding projects for clients with varying business models from all over the world.
In 2019, he completed his Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Cairo University after defending his thesis on “Correlating the Effect of Natural Lubricity of Carbonate Reservoir on Torque and Drag of Horizontal Wells – Case Study.” In 2022, he completed his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah distinguished by the highest honors. Furthermore, his exceptional aptitude and dedication earned him a coveted nomination as a “2022 Business Leader of Tomorrow” by the Eccles School of Business in 2022.
